Help with Growl

If you need help with Growl, then our discussions google group is the best place to get help. This list is subscribed to by a whole lot of people, all interested in Growl. The Developers are all subscribed to this list and typically respond as well. Note: Please keep in mind that this is a public list, so do not send any self identifying information that you do not want to be seen by random people on the internet (such as your phone number).

This is the place to send:

  • Bug reports
  • Feature requests
  • Questions about Growl
  • Cool things you do with Growl, like if you made a custom style or have a great workflow that you want to share

For direct support, you can email our support address. This address is handled by a single person, which is far fewer people than the discussions google group, so keep that in mind. You will receive a response as soon as possible, usually within 72 hours or less (we aim for a lot less).

Developers! Developers! Developers!

Do you write a cool app and need some help integrating it with Growl? Let us know about it, we can help! Development help is at the Growl Development google group

Do you want to work on Growl with the Growl Team? If so, please visit us at our irc channel or contact us on the Development google group.
